Lawlypop provides automated reviews of New Zealand residential tenancy agreements. The service generates plain-English summaries, identifies potential issues, and references relevant NZ tenancy law sources where available.

The review is generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. You should not rely solely on this service when making decisions about your tenancy agreement.
Supported documents
This service currently supports New Zealand residential tenancy agreements in PDF or DOCX format (text-based, not scanned images). Commercial leases, flatmate agreements, and non-NZ documents are not supported.
Payments and refunds
Full report access requires a one-time payment processed through Stripe. If the report cannot be generated after payment, we will arrange a refund. Refund requests can be made by contacting support.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Lawlypop is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information provided by the service. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 apply where applicable.
